WHINN Pitchfire – train, pitch , network and get awarded!
WHINN Pitchfire is an intense one-day session. Depending on type whether you are a student or a more established organization you will be organized into two tiers. Each tier with amazing prices. Winners will also have chance to attend the WHINN Dinner Award show.

WHINN Pitch-training: throughout the morning attendees will be training their pitches in a workshop, getting feedback from professionals. Practicing for the final pitch in front of a live audience in the afternoon.

WHINN Pitchfire: at the final round:

  1. Pitchers will be called to the stage to give their individual pitches for exactly 2 minutes each. You may have one slide behind you during your pitch. A timer will be in your view and a countdown clock will signal the final 10 seconds of your pitch.
  2. After each company and investor pitch the judging panel will offer feedback and pose additional questions to presenters.
  3. Once all pitch rounds are completed, the judging panel will briefly confer. One winner and one runner-up for each of the two tiers will be chosen and announced to the crowd.
