ACT@Scale will host an event on the first day of WHINN 2017 titled Telehealth and Care Coordination: What we did right and what we did wrong? Critical self-reflection.
This European event will focus on different aspects and lessons learned in the implementation and upscaling of health and care services, and how to further secure collaboration and knowledge transfer between the European regions. Our speakers will open up the discussion and share their learnings on successful and less successful deployment. To ensure focus on knowledge sharing, the event will be very interactive by combining short presentations with discussions.
We can’t wait to see you and learn from both your successful and less successful stories!
The event is organised in collaboration with the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing and is also a result of a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between the Scottish Digital Health and Care Institute and one of the ACT@Scale partners, the Region of Southern Denmark.
